POLO annually elects officers and a board of directors, who operate according to written by-laws and meet monthly to conduct business. The Board is charged with organizing social events, reviewing and voting upon requests received from charities for financial and/or volunteer help, and managing the financial and business responsibilities of the Club.

However, many POLO events and activites are suggested and organized not by its Board, but by its members! Ideas are not only welcomed, but encouraged. You can provide input in a number of ways: By attending a General Membership meeting, by emailing president@clubpolo.com, or by attending a Board meeting.

The Board meets on the fourth Wednesday of each month at Fort Myers Public Library, 2050 Central Avenue, Fort Myers 33901. >>Map

POLO's president is automatically a member of the Board of Directors of the Lee County Chamber of Commerce.
